The Settled Systems are home to all sorts of dangers. Knowing how to heal yourself is the key to survival if your health is low or you are suffering from an affliction. You can craft, purchase from vendors, or loot many of the Aid items while traveling.
Your Health is Low!
Med Pack
By default, Med Packs are auto-assigned to your "Favorites." Select [Down] on the D-Pad for controller and [0] on the keyboard to highlight the Med Pack.
Food
Consuming these will restore a small amount of Health. These can be found in the "Aid" section of your Character Menu. These can also be assigned to your "Favorites" for easy access.
