Pre-release Speculation
Activating Supernova invokes the player's latent connection to forces beyond mortal reckoning, utterly obliterating everything within a vast radius through unleashing their latent quintessence. Raw cosmic energy is released in a cataclysmic explosion around the player, disintegrating all matter it touches - terrain, creatures, structures alike. No trace survives Supernova's passage, with even the player left hovering in Afterwards, Supernova lays waste to all within its blast, friend and foe alike. It is truly apocalyptic in potential and should only be unleashed as an absolute last resort when no alternatives remain. The cost of using Supernova may also be grave, severing the player's anchoring to the material realm and threatening their very existence through releasing such forbidden might.
