Short Sighted is the mission 9 of Main Mission.
Walkthrough
As soon as you're back at the Lodge, you'll get a message from Vladimir requesting your help with some repairs on The Eye, a space station critical for the Constellation organization. Make your way there; this is where you'll rendezvous with Vladimir and other Constellation members.
