-Activating Phased Time subtly alters the player's quantum phase state, placing them briefly out of sync with the normal flow of time. While phased, the player's perception of time passage slows down dramatically compared to surrounding entities. This enhances reaction speed, effectively allowing moving and evading attacks with extra milliseconds of forewarning. Phased Time can also improve dodging ability for avoiding danger and incoming fire. However, the drawback is that while reality appears slowed, the player's actual motions and attacks occur at normal speed. Only their mental processing is accelerated, not physical capabilities. Phased Time is most useful for perception and evasion rather than attacking. It provides an advantage but not overwhelming time distortion. The degree to which time subjectively slows depends on the player's mastery of the power.
