  • Nirvana II in Nirvana System
    • Land near the Fracking Station. You’ll get a mission to go survey a cave. All the nearby caves have Pu.
    • Also, it helps to set the game difficulty to “Very Hard” when entering any building or landmark/enemy territory. It will scale up the loot and mineral quality a ton. Once you enter, set it back to normal. It makes a huge difference.
