Rank 2	Scoped weapons are even steadier and have even less sway.
Rank 3	Scoped weapons are far steadier and have significantly less sway.
Rank 4	You can hold your breath for 50% longer when using a scoped weapon.
Challenge 1	Kill 20 enemies with a scoped weapon.
Challenge 2	Kill 125 enemies with a scoped weapon.
Challenge 3	Kill 250 enemies with a scoped weapon.
