Throughout your travels you will find resources you can use to craft and upgrade outpost components, decorations, and craft mods for weapons and equipment. These are found under "Resources" and not "Miscellaneous" in your inventory. You will have access to crafting some items after locating and accessing an Industrial Workbench.
Industrial Workbench
These stations can be found throughout your travels. You can access the crafting menu by using [A] on Xbox controller or [E] on PC.
Recipes

Once you have accessed the Industrial Workbench you will see a list of available recipes. You can craft by using [A] on Xbox controller or [E] on PC.
Resources
Once you have selected a recipe you will see the necessary resources to complete this craft. You can confirm by using [A] on Xbox controller or [E] on PC.
Crafting in Bulk
After selecting the recipe to craft you will be able to set the quantity. This allows you to craft more than one of the selected item. You can adjust the slider and confirm the quantity by using [A] on Xbox controller or [E] on PC.
Inventory
Once you have completed your craft you can find it in your inventory.
Tips for Industrial Crafting
You can find resources for industrial crafting by visiting shops you'll find around the galaxy. Make sure to stock up when you can!
You unlock certain skill points to learn new recipes.
Researching Outpost Development will unlock new recipes as well.
